We are unable to offer exchanges, all returns will be refunded.
We recommend posting at a location that can weigh your parcel and provide a proof of postage receipt. If organising your own postage use a service that can provide an appropriate level of tracking/ insurance.
Please keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

We hope you love your Mamu purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, returning it is easy.
How to Return UK Orders:
Use our free returns portal to send and track your return:
Start your return here.
It will take you to 'Return your item to By Refined'
- Enter your order number and details.
- Select the item(s) to return and the reason.
- Choose your return method.
- Print your label
Please repack your item securely.
Important:
- Our warehouse does not accept in-person drop-offs.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return items.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing once we receive your return.
Returns are charged at £3.50, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from makeup marks, perfume, or signs of wear
- Unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within two business days of processing. Bank processing times may vary.
- Exchanges are not available at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, email us at info@mamu-dream.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll aim to respond within two working days and arrange a resolution.
