Orders & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. UK deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 working days. For international delivery times, please see our Shipping page.
Do you ship internationally?
No currently we only ship to UK but we are working hard behind the scenes to make our garments accessible internationally.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at help@mamu-dream.com We’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it’s processed, but once it's shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Visit our Returns page for full instructions. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us first to check availability.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at help@mamu-dream.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Is there a cost for returning items?

How do I know what size to order?

Are your fabrics machine washable?
It depends on the piece. Many of our loungewear items are machine washable on a gentle cycle, while delicate fabrics like silk and cashmere blends may require hand washing or dry cleaning. Full care instructions are listed on each product page and label.
Do your trousers stay comfortable for sleeping?
Yes! Our loungewear trousers are designed to move with you, with soft, non-restrictive waistbands and fits that stay comfortable all night (no digging in or riding up).
